Clairvoyant Energy Update: We Often Choose Spiritual Practices That Confirm Our Biases.

Updated: Dec 9

This Clairvoyant Energy Update is for 1st-15th Dec 2024, but the practices and ideas are applicable anytime.

Quick Navigation

Clairvoyant Reading

I saw an interesting symbol during the reading. I didn't know its name at first. I simply described it as a 6 and a 9 coming together at the centre, similar to a galaxy. Because of the magical way the Universe works, after receiving the information for the reading, I was drawn to read something related to sacred geometry, and I came across the term "wirbel." That's when it occurred to me that that's what I saw in the reading. The symbol I saw is called a "wirbel", two spirals coming together at the centre, as I described above.

What does this mean?

As an overall theme, this shows a time of change and a time of coming back to yourself. I thought the way this part came out was interesting: You are growing into yourself. It's interesting because growth is usually represented as an outward movement away from the core, but this is an outward movement that happens as a result of moving closer to your core.

I see those parts of you that are spread out coming back to the core. There is a gravitational pull from the core; it looks like a galaxy. That core is your own personal sun, your essence. I see parts of you coming together, and you are getting a much better feel and understanding of your essence. This can translate into more self-confidence, more self-worth, an improved ability to set boundaries with others, feeling more comfortable in being vulnerable and asking for what you need, and more direction and drive in your career.

One of the spirals forming the wirbel was pink, and the other was purple.

The Simplicity of Your Higher Self

This purple feels like a "knowing", like an "AHA" here I am. This is related to your search for your True self/Higher Self or your search for truth. We complicate things too much by getting into too many theories, but this energy feels very SIMPLE. As simple as it gets. It's a breath of fresh air.

The term "spiritual autolysis " came to mind, and I wanted to share it with you. Spiritual autolysis refers to a self-directed process of deconstructing your ego, beliefs, and assumptions about reality to achieve a state of enlightenment or truth. I came across this term in a book called Spiritual Enlightenment: The Damnedest Thing. This is a special book, in my opinion, but it certainly isn't for everyone. To me, this process brings you to a knowing that goes beyond words or concepts. It doesn't have to happen through "spiritual autolysis" (as this is just one method); it can also happen spontaneously or in other ways.

The author of this book says: "Not only is truth simple, it's that which cannot be simpler; cannot be further reduced." (Spiritual Enlightenment: The Damnedest Thing, Jed McKenna, p. 3). When you take everything that isn't true away, you are left with your essence, which is simple.

This purple continues the theme related to spirituality from last week, but something seems to crystallize in your consciousness about it this week. Furthermore, there is a sense of being guided from within in this process. As you go further on this spiritual journey and become more in touch with your true self, your intuition sharpens, and there is a deeper sense of trusting your intuition.

Grounded Spiritual Development: It's Not All About Light and Love.

Coming into contact with your True Self or Higher Self and acquiring this sense of knowing that we talked about, leads to something very important on a spiritual path: discernment. In choosing what to study and practice, discernment plays an important role. We can often choose to read and apply theories and practices that confirm our biases. This actually strengthens the ego, not in a good way, but in a way that makes us more asleep. I will give you an example:

Many years ago, because of someone's suggestion to experience "Qi" or energy, I searched on Google Maps for Tai Chi. I found a Tai Chi centre very close to my place and booked an introductory session. I felt energy in my palms for the first time during this session. I was astounded! However, I didn't like the master trainer and some of the things he said to me. He said that my lower dantian (my core) is weak, so it's easy for me to fall off balance.

At the time, I had a huge spiritual ego (that sounds so funny) due to reading too much of the book The Secret with no discernment. I decided not to go back there. Pffff me? Off balance? Yeah right! But the place stayed in my mind, and I had this nagging feeling that I needed to return. In time, I did fall off balance, and I did go back. Nine years later, I still practice their teachings and practices. The point here is that, at the time, I didn't have the discernment to acknowledge that I needed this practice. My intuition told me to keep going, but my biases didn't allow me to. Discernment is important in deciding what spiritual or personal development practices we need most.

Keen discernment arises from a blend of two powerful elements: the deep inner "knowing" discussed above and, as Dr Robert Gilbert suggests, "contextual knowledge" gained through study. This deep inner "knowing" is untouched by anyone's opinions, theories and ideas. I like to think of it as being a bit of a rebel, unwilling to accept anyone else's ideas as the ultimate truth.

While I’ve emphasized before that reading too much won’t lead us to this True Self, what I mean is that we don’t need external knowledge to access the True Self or Higher Self. It must come first as our foundation, ensuring we don’t mistake someone else’s ideas for the ultimate truth. Once we’re rooted in this "knowing" that comes from being aware of our True Self, contextual knowledge becomes very valuable. Contextual knowledge provides a structure that helps us understand the best path for our spiritual development. It's not all about getting high on feelings of love. Being more grounded and intentional in our practices is important. If you need more clarification on this, don't worry because you will have it by the end of this reading.

Self-Love? (I guess sometimes it is about light and love)

The pink represents self-love, but upon going into the image further, I also saw a bit of red. This is telling you to become more aware of the moments when you lose your self-love. What are those triggers that make you turn away from yourself and your self-love?

Become more aware of the triggers, like the conversation topics or the personality type of the people that trigger this in you. Additionally, which of your emotional states make you lose self-love?

To help this process, you can see yourself from a third-person perspective and analyse a specific sitation where you turned away from self-love recently. Look at yourself like an observer would, with no emotional implication as this will reveal to you a lot.

You may have someone else's information in your field, like a belief or a pattern of behaviour that makes it normal for you to turn away from self-love. The message here is that there is something specific that you need to become aware of.

The Purple and Pink Together

In the middle of this wirbel formation is a full, beautiful green rose. Green represents a growth period. These two main aspects that we discusssed, the simplicity of coming into contact with your True Self and realising where you give away your self-love are the main themes of your transformation. This transformation is about growing into yourself. This means that when you take action, any action, like walking, talking to your friend, you will do it from your core. When you take action from your core, everything starts to align in your life.

The Collective Energy Body Scan

I saw a lot of what I saw in the main reading but the colours seem to appear around different areas of your body. For example, pink is around the head, and green is mostly around your legs, but it also appears in patches all over your body. The purple is around your core. The green is really the foundation, which represents the transformation of becoming more of your True Self.

It's important that you become aware that this transformation is not something happening to you; it’s a phase of growth you’ve consciously called upon yourself. You’ve invited this process as a way to step further into your True Self, even though it may feel challenging at times.

The purple related to your spiritual journey seems the most obvious and easy to see. On the other hand, it feels as if you are blind or resistant to the pink, which is about self-love. Interestingly, your higher self finds the self-love aspect of your growth to be particularly joyful. While self-love might feel challenging from your perspective, to your higher self, it’s deeply satisfying.

If this resonates, it might be helpful to bring awareness to where resistance to self-love shows up in your life. In my psychic readings, I work with a healing master (a spirit guide) who can assist in shifting these energies and releasing resistance. If you feel called to explore this further, you can book a session on my website for deeper guidance.

I also saw a yellow sword. Discernment. We have already touched on this, but I need to mention something else. It's important to use your intellect. Going back to what Dr Robert Gilert suggests, we must have contextual knowledge in order to make decisions about our development. Once you are no longer trying to find your True Self with your mind by acquiring too much unnecessary information, you will wield the sword of your intellect. With discernment, you will be able to tell what kind of practices you need. If, for example, you are more prone to using your mind excessively when, instead, you should feel more, you will discern that you need more heart-centred practices. Without discernment, your tendency will be to use your mind even more.

Oracle Deck Insights

Card 1: Firm Foundation (Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck)

Firm Foundation

The guidance here connects deeply with the yellow energy I saw earlier, symbolizing discernment and the importance of a strong spiritual foundation. This is about grounding yourself in the basics of spiritual practice.

At times, it can feel tempting to seek out complexity, new courses, advanced techniques, or intriguing theories that promise greater understanding. But as the earlier reading emphasized, true spiritual growth is rooted in simplicity.

This doesn’t mean rejecting all external knowledge. Contextual knowledge, as discussed earlier, is an important tool for spiritual development. However, it’s only helpful after you’ve established a connection with your True Self. When you approach new teachings and practices from this place of clarity, you can discern what resonates with your current path.

Right now, stick to foundational practices that ground and centre you. They will form the bedrock of your spiritual evolution and provide the stability needed to reach new heights.

Card 2: The Raven- "Prepare for change" Archangel's Azriel and Bhokpi (Archangel Animal Oracle Deck)

The Raven

I'm not surprised that the raven came up since we are talking about change and transformation.

Why are ravens so feared? They are feared because they represent something the mind can't grasp, inevitably creating A LOT of fear. It brings messages from the other world, and it represents the unknown.

This raven is so so so free. I see it and hear it, soaring up into the sky. Its message is about using your intuition. The message of the Elephant Card from last week, to laugh more, is going to help you to see or hear your intuition. The raven keeps saying something about being between worlds. It makes me think of 4 am when we are half awake and half asleep. You might receive messages then.

If you’ve ever doubted whether you were truly listening to your intuition, that’s about to change. Your intuition is becoming crystal clear, a central part of your being. It will no longer be a question of "Is this real?" It will become a central part of your daily life, just as seeing what's in front of you. This shift is about embracing intuition as a tangible reality and releasing the resistance or beliefs that have blocked you from fully trusting it.

Something about this card conveys a sense of seriousness or earnestness.

Previously, there was hesitation in trusting your intuition. Now, you trust it fully and speak with certainty. The way that you say things changes. The way people hear you will also change; you will be taken seriously because you take yourself seriously now.
